  2. Facility includes - 35 acres with 200,000 s.f. under cover and heat capabilities, the facility is served by Interstate I-459 and the Norfolk-Southern Railroad.
  3. Employment: The number of employees will range from 45 to 95.
  4. Systems Applied - We specialize in the application of Epoxies, Vinyls, Zincs, Urethanes, Polyurethanes, Plural Component Products, Polyethylene Wrapping Systems and Powder Coatings.
  5. Substrates - Include: Ductile Pipe, Steel Pipe, Structural Steel Fabrications, Fabricated Pipe, Tanks and other special weldments.
  6. Quality Control - Our Q.C. manual guidelines are designed to meet ISO 9000 requirements. All applications and inspections are being conducted accordingly.
  7. Baumann Coatings serves the entire world. All applications are completed at our plant facility in Bessemer, Alabama.
Some of the major projects completed have been shipped to: Hawaii, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Abu-Dhabi, Egypt, Kuwait, Panama Canal, Nigeria, Puerto Rico, Venezuela & Ecuador.
